Looking after Jesmonite homeware items is easy. We have introduced a "Product Care Tips" leaflet for each product which will be included with your purchase. In short, we recommend treating your item as if it was marble or wood, avoiding soaking it in water or using the dishwasher. A quick wipe over with a microfibre cloth and mild detergent will keep your product looking good as new - and a polish with some bees wax or similar will keep it looking nice and shiny.

We do not have the facilities to professionally frame anything larger than A4 prints. Therefore we have decided not to offer a framing service yet. We find that it is better for our customers to use a framing service closer to them, so they can choose the finish they require and avoid the risk of damage in transit.

It may be possible for us to do custom orders, but they may take slightly longer to make. Please do get in touch with your request.

We use similar packaging materials for all of our orders, comprising a packing slip, tissue paper and cardboard outer packaging. We pack our items to be safe in transit. Our packaging is presentable and minimal and we avoid the use of plastic where possible.
